Product Description

Cell permeable, unsymmetrical compound that displays antiproliferative properties. Potent, selective and ATP-competitive inhibitor of CDK4/cyclin D1 (IC₅₀=76nM), CDK2/cyclin E (IC₅₀=520nM) and CDK1/cyclin B (IC₅₀=2.1µM). Shows little activity towards CaMKII, PKA and GSK-3β (IC₅₀>20µM).
