Product Description

Selective, ATP-competitive inhibitor of CDK1/cyclin B (IC₅₀=5.8µM) and CDK5 (IC₅₀=25µM). Does not inhibit GSK-3β (IC₅₀>100µM). Exhibits potent antiproliferative properties (IC₅₀=2µM in HeLa cells).
