Product Description
Potent inhibitor of farnesyltransferase in cell-free enzyme preparations (IC50=30nM) and in whole cells. Selectively inhibits farnesyltransferase over geranylgeranyltransferases I and II (IC50=35.8µM and IC50=67.0µM).
