Product Description

Potent, noncompetitive, and specific inhibitor of poly(ADP-ribose) glycohydrolase (PARG) (IC₅₀=120nM) versus ADP-ribose (IC₅₀=120µM). Does not affect the activities of either PARP-1 or NAD:arginine mono(ADP-ribosyl)-transferase A even at 1mM concentration.
