Product Description

ATP analog that can substitute ATP in various kinase reactions. Substrate and inhibitor of ATP-dependent enzyme systems. The resulting thiophosphorylated proteins are resistant to dephosphorylation by protein phosphatases. Increases the activity of Ca²⁺-activated K⁺ channels.
