SOURCE/HOST: Produced in HEK 293 cells. The extracellular domain of mouse CD134L (OX40L) (aa 52-198) is fused at the N-terminus to a linker peptide (8 aa) and a FLAG®-tag.

PURITY: ≥90% (SDS-PAGE)
FORMULATION: Lyophilized. Contains PBS.
ENDOTOXIN CONTENT: <0.1EU/µg purified protein (LAL test; Bio Whittaker).
RECONSTITUTION: Reconstitute with 100µl sterile water.
SPECIFICITY: Binds to human and mouse CD134 (OX40).
BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY: Activates T cell proliferation.
APPLICATION: Can be used together with anti-FLAG® MAb to detect membrane-bound mouse CD134 (OX40 ).
