SPECIES CROSSREACTIVITY:	Human
SOURCE/HOST:	Produced in HEK 293 cells. The extracellular domain of human CD30L (CD153) (aa 63-234) is fused at the N-terminus to a linker peptide (11 aa) and a FLAG^®-tag.
CONCENTRATION:	CD30L: 0.1mg/ml after reconstitution. Enhancer: 1mg/ml after reconstitution.
KIT/SET CONTAINS:	10µg of CD30L, Soluble (human) (recombinant) (Prod. No. ALX-522-028) and 2x50µg Enhancer for Ligands (Prod. No. ALX-804-034).
PURITY:	≥95% (SDS-PAGE).
FORMULATION:	Lyophilized. Contains PBS.
RECONSTITUTION:	Reconstitute CD30L with 100µl and each vial of enhancer with 50µl sterile water. Further dilutions should be made with medium containing 5% fetal calf serum or carrier protein.
SPECIFICITY:	CD30L binds to human CD30 (Ki-1).
APPLICATION:	Can be used together with anti-FLAG^® MAb to detect membrane-bound human CD30. Co-stimulates T cells in the presence of cross-linking enhancer.
