BACKGROUND/TECHNICAL INFORMATION The rate of recombinant human caspase-3 enzymatic activity can be measured by the release of AMC from the Ac-DEVD-AMC (Prod. No. ALX-260-031) caspase substrate as emission at 440nm upon excitation at 380nm using a spectrofluorometer [1].
