SHIPPING: SHIPPED ON BLUE ICE
LONG TERM STORAGE: -20°C
Product Description
Storage and dilution buffer for use with the following products:
KillerTRAIL™, Soluble (human) (recombinant) (Prod. No. ALX-201-073)
SuperKillerTRAIL™, Soluble (human) (recombinant) (Prod. No. ALX-201-115)
SuperKillerTRAIL™, Soluble (mouse) (recombinant) (Prod. No. ALX-201-130)

Useful for prediluting the above mentioned products before preparing aliquots or performing experiments. Predilution with KillerTRAIL™ Storage and Dilution Buffer allows for easier handling of small working concentrations (sometimes only 0.1µl of the KillerTRAIL™ or SuperKillerTRAIL™ stock solution is necessary because of their high activity). Predilution with KillerTRAIL™ Storage and Dilution Buffer instead of medium or PBS prevents loss of biological activity. Can also be used as negative control.
General Information
BACKGROUND/TECHNICAL INFORMATION Prepare a 1:10 dilution of KillerTRAIL™ or SuperKillerTRAIL™ with KillerTRAIL™ Storage and Dilution Buffer. For immediate use, keep prediluted KillerTRAIL™ or SuperKillerTRAIL™ on ice until adding to cells. For storage, prepare aliquots and freeze at -80°C.

TiterMax® was designed to meet the specific needs of investigators for an immunoadjuvant that was at least as effective as Freund's Complete Adjuvant, but safer and easier to use [1]. Does not contain mineral oil, proteins, polysaccharides or other microbial products, and thereby minimizes or eliminates the undesirable effects caused by Freund's Complete Adjuvant. Also available: TiterMax® Gold (Prod. No. ALX-510-002).

Product Description
TiterMax® (Prod.No. 510-001) was designed to meet the specific needs of investigators for an immunoadjuvant that was at least as effective as Freund's Complete Adjuvant, but safer and easier to use [1]. The key to success of TiterMax® Gold lies in both the immunostimulatory activity of its new block copolymer, CRL-8300, and its ability to form a stable water-oil emulsion. TiterMax® Gold can be used with a wide variety of antigens which can be entrapped in a water-in-oil emulsion. Like TiterMax®, TiterMax® Gold does not contain mineral oil, proteins, polysaccharides or other microbial products, and thereby minimizes or eliminates the undesirable effects caused by Freund's Complete Adjuvant.
