Product Description

Selective inhibitor (IC₅₀=70nM) of phosphodiesterase 3 (PDE3). Reverses the established effects of leptin on food intake and body weight. Blocks the leptin-induced tyrosine phosphorylation of STAT3 at the hypothalamic level.
