USE/STABILITY:	Prepare 500-fold dilution (~10µM) in phosphate buffer (0.1M phosphate, pH 7.4) immediately before use. BSA, phenol red and amines may affect the fluorescence and must be used with caution. Do not store diluted solutions.
HANDLING:	Protect from light. After opening, prepare aliquots and store at -20°C. Keep under inert gas. Warm to room temperature before opening.

Product Description

Fluorescent probe (Ex: ~560nm; Em: 575nm) for the detection of nitric oxide (NO). It can be used to detect NO directly in biopsy tissues, cultured cells, and tissue sections. Stable in a pH range of 4-12. Low decrease in fluorescence intensity over time. Detection limit 7nM. Not for sale in Japan.
