APPLICATION:
Immunocytochemistry
Immunohistochemistry (paraffin sections)
: (1:100) Staining is blocked by pre-incubating the sample with aldosterone.
Western Blot
: (1:250) [ECL: Enhanced detection systems like enhanced chemiluminescence are recommended].
Functional Application
: Blocks the binding of aldosterone to the MR.
Note:
Not suitable for immunoprecipitation.
