General Information
BACKGROUND/TECHNICAL INFORMATION For maximum activity, use at pH 7.5 with 2.5mM Ca2+ and 5mM Mg2+. Causes single strand nicks in duplex DNA and can be inhibited by Zn2+, but not by actin.
