SPECIES CROSSREACTIVITY:

MW: ~33kDa (SDS-PAGE).
SOURCE/HOST: Produced in HEK 293 cells. Human adiponectin (aa 16-244) is fused at the N-terminus to a linker peptide (14 aa) and a FLAG®-tag.
CONCENTRATION: 1mg/ml after reconstitution.
PURITY: ≥90% (SDS-PAGE)
FORMULATION: Lyophilized. Contains PBS.
ENDOTOXIN CONTENT: <0.1EU/µg purified protein (LAL test; Bio Whittaker).
RECONSTITUTION: Reconstitute with 50µl sterile distilled water. Further dilutions should be made with medium containing 5% fetal calf serum or other carrier protein.
BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY: Activates AMPK.

LONG TERM STORAGE: -20°C
USE/STABILITY: Stable for at least 6 months after receipt when stored at -20°C.
