CLONE: GrB7
ISOTYPE: Mouse IgG2a
QUANTITY: 1ml is sufficient for >200 tests.
CONCENTRATION: ~50µg/ml
FORMULATION: Liquid. In serum free culture supernatant containing 0.7% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide.
IMMUNOGEN: Human granzyme B.
SPECIFICITY: Recognizes human granzyme B. Detects a band of ~33kDa by Western blot. Does not cross-react with granzyme A.
APPLICATION: Immunohistochemistry (paraffin sections (1:20), not recommended for frozen sections)
