Product Description

Cell permeable inhibitor of sirtuin 2 (SIRT2) (IC₅₀=35μM). Promotes inclusion formation in cellular models of both Huntington’s disease and Parkinson’s disease. Prevents huntingtin-mediated proteasome dysfunction and reduces α-synuclein-mediated toxicity.
