Product Description

Cell permeable inhibitor of necroptosis, a non-apoptotic cell death. Inhibits the loss of mitochondrial membrane potential and plasma membrane integrity in FADD-deficient Jurkat T cells treated with TNF-α (EC₅₀=490nM), without having an effect on FasL induced apoptosis in vitro. Displays a protective effect in a mouse model of ischemic brain injury in vivo.
