Product Description

Selective inhibitor of rat brain Ca²⁺/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II. Inhibits glucose-induced and forskolin-stimulated insulin release from isolated pancreatic islets. Induces G₁ cell cycle arrest and apoptosis.
