PURITY DETAIL: Purified from concentrated hybridoma cell culture supernatant.
FORMULATION: Liquid. In PBS, pH 7.4. Contains no preservatives.
IMMUNOGEN: Membrane preparation from a human ovarian carcinoma specimen.
SPECIFICITY: Recognizes membrane-bound and soluble human and monkey folate receptor (FR) α. Does not cross-react with mouse or rat folate receptor. Does not cross-react with the β-isoform.
APPLICATION: Flow Cytometry
Immunocytochemistry
Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections; not recommended for paraffin sections)
Immunoprecipitation
Western Blot (avoid reducing reagents; use 0.1% SDS in transferring buffer).
Note: Suggested starting dilution for the above applications is 1-10µg/ml. Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application.
