Product Description

Major component of the oligomycin complex. Macrolide antibiotic that inhibits membrane bound mitochondrial ATPase (F₁F₀), preventing phosphoryl group transfer. Induces apoptosis. Induces autophagy in the IPLB-LdFB insect cell line.
