SOURCE/HOST:	Produced in E. coli.
CONCENTRATION:	0.81mg/ml

FORMULATION:	Liquid. In 50mM HEPES, pH 7.4, containing 100mM NaCl, 0.5% CHAPS, 10mM DTT, 1mM EDTA and 50% glycerol.
SPECIFIC ACTIVITY:	~1'500U/µg protein. One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that cleaves 1nmol of the caspase substrate Z-DEVD-AMC (AMC: 7-aminomethylcoumarin) per hour at 30°C in a reaction solution containing 20µM Z-DEVD-AMC, 50mM HEPES, pH 7.4, 100mM NaCl, 0.5% CHAPS, 10mM DTT, 1mM EDTA and 10% glycerol.
