SPECIES CROSSREACTIVITY:	Human Mouse Rat Sheep Monkey Others
SOURCE/HOST:	From rabbit.
FORMULATION:	Lyophilized from ~50µl purified antiserum.
RECONSTITUTION:	Reconstitute with 100µl distilled water containing 0.05% sodium azide.
IMMUNOGEN:	Synthetic peptide corresponding to aa 584-598 (S⁵⁸⁴HSRLDDINPTVLIK⁵⁹⁸) of mouse COX-2 (cyclooxygenase 2).
SPECIFICITY:	Recognizes human, mouse, rat, monkey, sheep and guinea pig COX-2. Does not cross-react with COX-1.
APPLICATION:	Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections, paraffin sections; suggested starting dilution 1:300 -1:600) Western Blot (1:1'000). Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application.

LONG TERM STORAGE:	-20°C
