CONCENTRATION: 0.5mg/ml after reconstitution.
FORMULATION: Lyophilized.
RECONSTITUTION: Reconstitute with 100µl distilled water.
IMMUNOGEN: Synthetic peptide corresponding to aa 580-599 (N580ASSSRSGLDDINPTVLLKE599) of human COX-2 (cyclooxygenase 2).
SPECIFICITY: Recognizes human, monkey and sheep COX-2. Detects a band of  ~72kDa by Western blot. Expected to cross-react with bovine and dog COX-2. Does not cross-react with COX-1 or with mouse, rat or rabbit COX-2.
APPLICATION: Immunohistochemistry (1:50-1:100)

Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application.
