Product Description

Cell permeable, anti-inflammatory agent that inhibits expression of iNOS (NOS II) (IC₅₀~5mM). Blocks activation of NF-κB in vitro and in vivo. Does not directly affect enzymatic activities of iNOS (NOS II) or eNOS (NOS III).
