Cell impermeable, non-hydrolyzable analog of guanosine 5'-O-diphosphate (GDP) that competitively inhibits G-protein activation by GTP and GTP analogs. Use at concentrations similar to GTP-γ-S (Prod. No. ALX-480-056) (50 µM).
