CONCENTRATION:	~250µg/ml
FORMULATION:	Liquid. In serum free culture supernatant containing 0.7% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide.
IMMUNOGEN:	Human MVP/LRP (major vault protein/lung resistance protein).
SPECIFICITY:	Recognizes an internal epitope of human MVP/LRP, which is strongly overexpressed in various non-P-glycoprotein MDR tumor cell lines.
APPLICATION:	Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections, paraffin sections): use approx. 1:20-50 dilution for staining of paraformaldehyde (4%) fixed cytospin preparations or frozen tissue sections. Apply the following pretreatment: 10 min in 20mM glycine (pH 7.5) and 10 min in 6N guanidine hydrochloride in 50mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5 (Schroeijers et al., 2000) Western Blot: use 1:50 dilution of MVP-37 (ECL)
