Product Description
The kit provides an easy-to-use procedure and reagents for separating a mitochondria-enriched fraction from cytosol. Cytochrome c released from mitochondria into cytosol is determined by Western blot using the cytochrome c antibody provided in the kit. The procedure is simple, straightforward and requires no ultracentrifugation.
