Product Description
Important virulence factor of
Bordetella pertussis
and a research tool for manipulation of cAMP levels in mammalian cells. Has the ability to interact with target cells, insert into the cytoplasmic membrane and deliver its adenylate cyclase enzymatic domain to the cell interior.
