SPECIES CROSSREACTIVITY:	Human
MW:	~30kDa (SDS-PAGE).
SOURCE/HOST:	Produced in HEK 293 cells. The extracellular domain of human CD134L (OX40L) (aa 52-183) is fused at the N-terminus to a linker peptide (11 aa) and a FLAG^®-tag.
CONCENTRATION:	0.1mg/ml after reconstitution.
PURITY:	≥95% (SDS-PAGE)
FORMULATION:	Lyophilized. Contains PBS.
ENDOTOXIN CONTENT:	<0.1EU/µg purified protein (LAL test; Bio Whittaker).
RECONSTITUTION:	Reconstitute with 100µl sterile water. Further dilutions should be made with medium containing 5% fetal calf serum or a carrier protein.
SPECIFICITY:	Binds to human CD134 (OX40).
BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY:	Activates T cell proliferation. Delays neutrophil apoptosis.
APPLICATION:	Can be used together with anti-FLAG^® MAb to detect membrane-bound human CD134 (OX40).

USE/STABILITY:	Stable for at least 6 months after receipt when stored at -20°C.
