Product Description

Analog of myriocin (Prod. No. ALX-350-274). Novel immune modulator that alters migration and homing of lymphocytes. Acts as a potent agonist of sphingosine 1-phosphate receptors (S1P) after phosphorylation by sphingosine kinase. Also inhibits cytosolic phospholipase A₂ independently of sphingosine 1-phosphate receptors.
