General Information

BACKGROUND/TECHNICAL INFORMATION

The parent FDMPO spin trap exhibits a single ¹⁹F-NMR resonance at -66.0ppm. The signal-to-noise ratio does improve 10.4-fold compared to ³¹P-NMR sensitivity of the phosphorus-containing spin trap DEPMPO (Prod. No. ALX-430-093). OH and C-centered radicals paramagnetic spin adducts of FDMPO are extremely stable to degradation when compared to the corresponding DMPO adducts.
