SOURCE/HOST:	Isolated from bovine lung by an immunoaffinity method described in [1]. The described method was partially modified.
CONCENTRATION:
FORMULATION:	Liquid. In ~20µl containing 50% glycerol, 88mM NaCl, 1mM DTT, 0.5mM EDTA, 25mM triethanolamine at pH 7.4.
SPECIFIC ACTIVITY:	>10’000nmol cGMP/mg/min at 37°C under NO-stimulated conditions.
SHIPPING:	SHIPPED ON DRY ICE
LONG TERM STORAGE:	-80°C
USE/STABILITY:	Product should be active for at least one year after shipping date when stored at -80°C under nitrogen in the presence of 50% glycerol. Dilutions of the enzyme should be peformed in the presence of 0.5mg/ml BSA. The dissolved product is stable for 8 months when stored in 50% glycerol at -80°C.
HANDLING:	Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
