Product Description

Cell permeable benzotriazole amide that counteracts and complements histone and tubulin deacetylase (HDAC and TDAC) inhibitors in elucidating mechanisms of inhibition and the role of acetylation in various cellular responses such as transcription, differentiation, cell cycle progression, and apoptosis. Does not modify histone acetyltransferases (HATs) or the levels of HDAC. Suppresses the anti-proliferative effects of trichostatin A (Prod. No. ALX-380-068).
