Product Description

Highly selective calmodulin (CaM) antagonist. Inhibitor of Ca²⁺/calmodulin-dependent phosphodiesterase. Has a selectivity of ~300-fold over Ca²⁺/CaM-dependent enzymes compared with Ca²⁺-dependent but CaM-independent enzymes, e.g. protein kinase C (PKC) and transglutaminase.
