Product Description

Cell permeable, potent inhibitor of interaction of Raf kinase inhibitor protein (RKIP) with Raf1 kinase. Blocks eukaryotic cell migration (IC₅₀=14µM for inhibition of wound closure in MDCK cell monolayers). Inhibitor of early development in frog embryos and tissue dynamics in embryonic explants. Displays no antibacterial activity.
