SOURCE/HOST:	Isolated from stimulated human neutrophil granulocytes (buffy coat). Requires activation.

FORMULATION:	Liquid. 5µg protein in 200mM NaCl, 50mM Tris-HCl pH 7.0, 5mM CaCl₂, 1µM ZnCl₂, 0.05% BRIJ35 and 0.05% sodium azide.

Product Description

This product represents the ternary complex of the MMP-9 monomer, lipocalin and TIMP-1 and behaves like the progelatinase B/TIMP-1 complex, that inhibits active MMP's and, after activation acts as a gelatinase with reduced activity.
