SPECIES CROSSREACTIVITY:

MW: ~35kDa (SDS-PAGE).
SOURCE/HOST: Produced in HEK 293 cells. The extracellular domain of mouse TNF-α (tumor necrosis factor-α) (aa 77-235) is fused at the N-terminus to mouse ACRP30headless (aa 11-111) and a FLAG®-tag.
CONCENTRATION: 0.1mg/ml after reconstitution.
PURITY: ≥90% (SDS-PAGE)
FORMULATION: Lyophilized. Contains PBS.
ENDOTOXIN CONTENT: <0.1EU/µg purified protein (LAL test; Bio Whittaker).
RECONSTITUTION: Reconstitute with 100µl sterile distilled water. Further dilutions should be made with medium containing 5% fetal calf serum.
SPECIFICITY: Binds to human and mouse TNF-R1 and TNF-R2.
BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY: Induces killing at a concentration of <1ng/ml.

LONG TERM STORAGE: -20°C
USE/STABILITY: Stable for at least 6 months after receipt when stored at -20°C.
