PURITY DETAIL:	Purified from serum-free cell culture supernatant by subsequent thiophilic adsorption and size exclusion chromatography.

RECONSTITUTION:	Reconstitute with 1ml distilled water (15 min., RT).
IMMUNOGEN:	Recombinant human β-catenin.
SPECIFICITY:	Recognizes the core region (armadillo repeats; epitope recognized: aa 422-685) of human, mouse, rat (weak) and dog β-catenin.
APPLICATION:	Immunocytochemistry (0.1-1µg/ml) Immunohistochemistry (paraffin sections) Immunoprecipitation Western Blot: (1µg/ml for HRPO/ECL detection). Recommended blocking buffer CPPT: 10mM TRIS-HCl, pH 7.4, 0.5% (w/v) casein, 1% (w/v) PEG 4’000, 1% (w/v) polyvinylpyrrolidone, 0.1% (v/v) Tween 20, 150mM sodium chloride.
