SPECIES CROSSREACTIVITY:

CLONE: BXP-21
ISOTYPE: Mouse IgG2a
CONCENTRATION: ~250µg/ml
FORMULATION: Liquid. In serum free cell culture supernatant containing 0.7% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide.
IMMUNOGEN: Recombinant human BCRP (breast cancer resistance protein; MXR) (aa 271-396).
SPECIFICITY: Recognizes an internal epitope of human BCRP. Does not cross-react with human P-glycoprotein, MRP1 or MRP2.
APPLICATION: Immunocytochemistry: Use 1:20-1:50 dilution on acetone fixed cytospin preparations.
Immunohistochemistry:
Frozen sections: Use 1:20 dilution on acetone fixed frozen sections followed by incubation with rabbit anti-mouse IgG and a monoclonal mouse APAAP complex.
Paraffin sections: Use on formaldehyde-fixed paraffin-embedded human tissues and tumors after pretreatment with 10mM citric acid, pH 6.0, for 20 min.
