PURITY DETAIL: Protein G-affinity purified.
FORMULATION: Liquid. 0.2μm-filtered solution in PBS, pH 7.4. Contains no preservatives.
IMMUNOGEN: Recombinant human CCL22 (macrophage-derived chemokine; MDC).
SPECIFICITY: Recognizes human CCL22.
APPLICATION: ELISA (capture (20µg/ml))
Use microtiter plates coated with this antibody in 0.05M carbonate/bicarbonate buffer, pH 9.6, in combination with secondary antibody (Prod. No. ALX-804-470, MAb to CCL22 (human) (152/11)) at 1-2µg/ml to detect human MDC.
Detection Limit: ~40pg/ml.
Substrate: 0.26mg/ml tetramethyl benzydine and 0.01% hydrogen peroxide stabilized in 0.05M citrate buffer, pH 3.8.
