FORMULATION:	SFF-2: In PBS. SFF-2-Biotin & SFF-2-FITC: In 50mM TRIS, pH 7.4, 100mM sodium chloride, 1% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide.
IMMUNOGEN:	Recombinant human CD44.
SPECIFICITY:	Recognizes human CD44; does not distinguish between CD44 splice variants (exons v3-v10). Epitope not known. Cross-reactivity with other species has not been tested.
APPLICATION:	Flow Cytometry (1:20) Immunohistochemistry acetone fixed frozen sections or cell smears (1µg/ml): Recommended is the alkaline phosphatase-anti-alkaline-phosphatase (APAAP) or peroxidase anti-peroxidase (PAP) procedure or the three stage immunoperoxidase technique on acetone fixed frozen sections; paraffin sections (2µg/ml; after microwave treatment for 2x5min.). Note: Not tested for functional application. Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application.
