FORMULATION:	Lyophilized.
RECONSTITUTION:	Reconstitute with 500µl distilled water. For further dilutions use any buffer suitable for your experiment.
IMMUNOGEN:	Sheep seminal vesicle COX-1 (cyclooxygenase 1).
SPECIFICITY:	Recognizes human, mouse, rat, monkey, sheep and bovine COX-1. Weakly cross-reacts with human (~5%) or sheep (50%) COX-2. Does not cross-react with mouse COX-2.
APPLICATION:	Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections (1:50-1:100), paraffin sections (1:50-1:100) Western Blot (1:200-1:400) Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application.
