No. ALX-804-472, MAb to CX3CL1 (human) (20/20) at 1-2µg/ml to detect human fractalkine. Detection Limit: ~1ng/ml. Substrate: 0.26mg/ml tetramethyl benzydine and 0.01% hydrogen peroxide stabilized in 0.05M citrate buffer, pH 3.8. Western Blot (2-4µg/ml)
