IMMUNOGEN:	Purified bovine skeletal muscle calpastatin.
SPECIFICITY:	Recognizes an epitope in domain II (aa 295-501) of human, rat, dog, pig, bovine and rabbit calpastatin. Detects bands of ~150, ~125, ~90 and ~70kDa by Western blot, which have been suggested to correspond to protein isoforms translated from different start sites. Does not cross-react with calpains or calmodulin.
