APPLICATION:	ELISA (1:500-1:1’000) Immunohistochemistry (1:500-1:1’000): A mild trypsin- or Protease 27 (Sigma)-digestion (0.05% for 10-15min at 37°C) or alternatively microwave oven treatment is recommended to unmask the collagens. Not recommended for paraffin sections. Immunoprecipitation (1:50-1:100) Western Blot (1:100-1:300)
