SPECIFICITY: Recognizes an internal, formalin-resistant epitope (aa 284-396) present on uncleaved as well as caspase-cleaved human, mouse, rat and dog CK18 fragments.

Note: A dilution of 1:200 in incubation buffer is generally recommended. Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application.
