APPLICATION:	Flow Cytometry Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections) Immunoprecipitation Western Blot: Only in not reduced condition and with a sample buffer containing 0.1% SDS. Detects a band of ~145kDa. Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application.
