CLONE: BuGR2
ISOTYPE: Mouse IgG2
FORMULATION: Lyophilized from PBS, pH 7.2, containing 0.05% sodium azide.
RECONSTITUTION: Reconstitute with distilled water.
IMMUNOGEN: Partially purified rat GR (glucocorticoid receptor).
SPECIFICITY: Recognizes mouse, rat, sheep, guinea pig and rabbit GR. Recognizes full-lengh GR, the 17kDa DNA binding trypsin fragment and the 45kDa steroid- and DNA-binding chymotrypsin fragment. Detects a band of ~97kDa by Western blot. Does not cross-react with primate, avian or amphibian GR.
