SPECIES CROSSREACTIVITY:
Human
CLONE: M3II-21
ISOTYPE: Mouse IgG1
CONCENTRATION: ~250µg/ml
FORMULATION: Liquid. In serum free culture supernatant containing 0.7% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide.
IMMUNOGEN: Recombinant human MRP3 (multidrug resistance-associated protein 3) (aa 830-949).
SPECIFICITY: Recognizes an internal epitope of human MRP3. Does not cross-react with human P-glycoprotein, MDR3 P-glycoprotein, MRP1, MRP2 (cMOAT) or MRP5. Does not cross-react with mouse, rat or guinea pig MRP2 (cMOAT).
APPLICATION: Immunocytochemistry: Use 1:20-50 dilution on acetone or formaldehyde fixed cytospin preparations.
Immunohistochemistry: Use 1:20 dilution on acetone fixed frozen sections followed by incubation with rabbit anti-mouse IgG and a monoclonal mouse APAAP complex. Alternatively, after incubation with primary antibody (use 1:20) and washing, slides can be incubated with biotinylated rabbit anti-mouse IgG and streptavidin conjugated to horseradish peroxidase.
Western Blot: Use 1:20-50 dilution and anti-mouse-HRP.
