IMMUNOGEN: Recombinant human MRP4 (multidrug resistance-associated protein 4) (aa 372-431).
SPECIFICITY: Recognizes human and mouse MRP4.
APPLICATION: Immunocytochemistry: Use 1:20-1:50 dilution on acetone fixed cytospin preparations.
Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections): Use 1:20 dilution on acetone fixed frozen sections followed by incubation with biotin-labelled rabbit anti-rat IgG and HRP-labelled streptavidin.
Western Blot: Use 1:20-1:50 dilution and HRP-anti-rat-IgG.
